Missing Beneficiaries & Asset Reunification

We have made contact with you as we believe either you or a close family member may be entitled to an asset that remains unclaimed and/or you may be a missing beneficiary.

Please be reassured that we would not be contacting you unless we have good reason to believe that you are entitled to an unclaimed asset and/or entitlement that remains unclaimed. After verifying a few details via telephone/livechat or email, we will send you a contract pack with the following:

  • A covering letter explaining the reason for us contacting you.
  • A commission agreement for your signature, and return.
  • A pre-paid envelope for your convenience.
TIP: We can be contacted till late hours via our Live Chat system, located at the bottom of the page.

Our Contract Pack

Our covering letter will give you brief details of our business and what we do. It will explain that we have carried out extensive research in order to locate you because we understand that you may be entitled to an unclaimed asset and/or entitlement.

Your rights as a consumer are important to us; if you agree to engage us you have a 14 day “cooling off period” to cancel the agreement without giving a reason. If you do, we will close our file and you will owe us nothing.

Due to data protection and privacy laws, we do not disclose the precise nature of the asset/entitlement or its origination. We need to ensure that we release confidential information to people that are legally entitled to it and would ask that you keep this in mind when you contact us, especially as we are already faced with the difficulty of reassuring you the legitimacy of our approach.

Please Note:

We do not act for debt collection agencies, or any similar businesses. If we contact you it will be to bring a positive impact to your life.

  • My brother had gone missing in Spain in 1995, and the family had no contact with him, ever since. Stiebel Lethbridge & Co assisted us in tracing his assets, and having him presumed dead under the Presumption of Death Act 2013. His assets were then successfully recovered in full, which we would not have received if they had not got involved
  • The firm approached me about an interest in a pension I did not know I had. I had been estranged from my wife for 20 years, and learnt that she had since died. I was her spouse for the purposes of her NHS pension, and they assisted me to claim it. I received a lump sum payment and a pension for life.
  • I was approached by Stiebel Lethbridge & Co. It turned out that my late husband had not claimed his military pension from his time of serving in Northern Ireland in the 1980's. It could not have come at a better time as my husband's anniversary of his death was fast approaching, and the money came in handy.

If we contact you it will be to bring a positive impact to your life. Find out more about who we are and how we can re-acquaint you with assets to which you may be entitled.
